UCIDA SUSPENDS PREVAILING WAGE POLICY, APPROVES JOBS PROJECTS

If You Want To Build…Expand…Relocate… Bonds issued by the IDA may have a lower interest rate than conventional financing. Using IDA bonds may also enable you to borrow at fixed rates, and for longer terms. IDA bonds provide companies with exemptions for New York State Taxes. Qualified projects financed by IDA bonds are exempt from New York State mortgage recording taxes and New York State sales and use taxes. Projects financed with IDA bonds are eligible for real property tax abatements.	UCIDA offers taxable and tax-exempt bonding for business expansion and relocation.
