Woodland Pond, a planned retirement and assisted living community approved for New Paltz, becomes the UCIDA's largest project to date.

In a sale/leaseback transaction between the Ulster County Industrial Development Agency, Benedictine Hospital and real estate developer, First Columbia Benedictine Group, LLC, Benedictine Hospital was able to open its doors to a new 34,000 square foot, state of the art Cancer Care Center in November 2005.
