Focusing primarily on single-parent households and veterans, the 80 two and three-bedroom apartments are organized in eleven, two-story buildings that also includes a Community Center for social, educational and recreational activities.
Built in cooperation with the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Birchwood Village incorporates many innovations in affordable housing including an in-house Family Support Liaison to help residents coordinate community-sponsored programs.
